ADEYEMI MOJISOLA

Adeyemi is a graduate of University of Lagos where she bagged both her Bachelor’s degree and LL.M degree. She is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mojisola has over twelve years’ experience criminal and civil litigation, administrative processes, Company regulations, Compliance strategies, Maintaining statutory books, Personnel administration, Corporate governance and Data protection.

Mojisola possess a robust interdisciplinary protector skillset. Her expertise spans corporate governance, risk & legal compliance, ethics, corporate finance, data protection/strategy, and internal control. Having successfully advised and supported clients across agro-allied, manufacturing, telecommunications, government parastatals, and Microfinance banks, she specialise in business restructuring, strategy, risk operations, and regulatory matters.

She recently graduated from the University of Westminster with specialisation in Corporate Finance Law. She is currently a Consultant with an Investment Trust in the United Kingdom. She brings her years of sound experience in litigation and corporate law to the firm by advising us on national/multinational projects.

She is highly efficient and competent legal practitioner with an ability to ensure that a company complies and operates in accordance with statutory and legal provisions. Mojisola is well presented and highly personable, with a deep knowledge of corporate regulatory and company rules. Excellent organizational skills, highly efficient and methodical with a good eye for detail.
