Habeeb Lekan Sakariyah was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, after obtaining a First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School.
His Masters of Law from the University of Lagos is currently in view.
He is a core litigator, with vast experience across diverse levels of courts in Nigeria. He has had the opportunity of handling cases bordering on debt/asset recovery, receivership, fundamental rights, breach of contracts, torts like negligence, financial/banking dispute, unfreezing of bank’s customers’ accounts, criminal cases, matrimonial causes including child custody, to mention but few.
Apart from litigation experience, the Managing Partner also has corporate practice experience, ranging from organization of company and board meetings, filing of necessary returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
